Mission – gathering medical and statistical information; introducing competitive management systems into research and applied medicine corporations based on modern management and informational technologies.
Objectives
- Participate in the development and scientific substantiation of concepts and programs of informatization in the socio-medical sphere.
- Develop a system model of personalized life-long electronic records for medical and social services rendered.
- Establish of a functional system for keeping personal health records with the accent on prevention and prognosis.
- Advance the field of medical informatics and develop software tools to provide informational support to managerial decision-makers.
- Collect, process and analyze statistical data and develop billing systems to provide speed and accuracy for medical and social payment clearing.
- Develop a medical services marketing research system to make personalized medical care more accessible in Russia and beyond its borders.
