IMIA NI Advisory Panels
IMIA NI Advisory Panels
Join one of our Advisory Panels and help to drive forward the future of nursing informatics.
IMIA NI has four Advisory Panels whose membership perform periodic environmental scans and share knowledge and best practice around particular topic areas of nursing informatics: Education, Research, Practice and Governance (policy relating to nursing informatics cuts across all four panels).
The Panels provide summary information, advice and recommendations on a quarterly basis for consideration and possible action by the IMIA NI Board. In this way, the Panels help the IMIA NI Board perform its advocacy role on behalf of the profession. Membership of the Panels is open to any individuals with an interest in the topic area of the Panel, and individuals can be a member of more than one Panel. All that we ask is that you are active in the Panel. It is expected that IMIA NI society representatives are a member of at least one Panel.
(The IMIA NI Panels replace IMIA NI’s Working Groups as of 2021)
If you are interested in finding out more about the work of any of the Advisory Panels, listed below, please submit your interest, you will be connected with the co-chairs of each panel. IMIA NI Advisory Panel Form
